1. Who we are
Alogix ("Alogix", "we", "us", "our") provides a transportation management system (TMS) software platform used by trucking carriers to manage dispatch, loads, drivers, fleet, settlements, invoicing, and related back-office operations. This policy explains what information we collect through the Alogix platform, why we collect it, and how it is used, stored, and protected.

2. Information we collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and company information — name, email, phone number, company name, MC/DOT number, and role, provided when a carrier signs up or a user is added to a company account.
- Operational data — loads, dispatch records, driver and truck assignments, delivery status, routes, and related trucking operations data entered by the carrier or its staff.
- Driver and employee data — names, contact details, CDL/medical card information, pay and settlement records, and compliance documents that a carrier chooses to store in the platform to run its business.
- Financial and billing data — invoices, rate confirmations, settlement and accounting records, and, where a carrier connects an accounting integration (e.g. QuickBooks Online), the data exchanged with that integration (invoices, bills/settlements, customer and vendor references, and sync status). We do not process card payment details directly; payment processing for Alogix subscriptions is handled by our payment processor.
- Location and telematics data — where a carrier connects a telematics/GPS integration (e.g. Samsara), vehicle location, mileage, and related telematics data used for dispatch and reporting.
- Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser/device type, and in-app activity, collected automatically to operate and secure the platform.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Alogix platform for the carrier's use.
- To synchronize data with third-party integrations a carrier explicitly connects (e.g. QuickBooks Online, Samsara, Google Maps), strictly to perform the actions the carrier configures (such as posting invoices or settlements, or pulling vehicle location).
- To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms.
- To improve the platform's features and reliability.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. QuickBooks Online integration
When a carrier connects their QuickBooks Online company file to Alogix, we access QuickBooks data solely to perform the sync actions the carrier initiates — creating or updating customers, invoices, vendors, and bills that correspond to records already present in Alogix, and reading back sync/payment status. We do not access, sell, or share QuickBooks data for any purpose beyond providing this sync functionality to the connecting carrier. A carrier can disconnect the integration at any time from Settings → Integrations → QuickBooks, which revokes our access to their QuickBooks company file.
5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share data only:
- With the third-party services a carrier explicitly connects (QuickBooks Online, Samsara, Google Maps, and similar), limited to the data needed for that integration to function.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, database, email delivery), under contractual confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Alogix, our customers, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to affected customers.
6. Data retention
We retain data for as long as a carrier's account is active and as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal and financial recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes. Records are soft-deleted rather than immediately erased so that accidental deletions can be recovered; a carrier may request permanent deletion of their account data by contacting privacy@alogix.info.
7. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls scoped by role and MC/company, and encrypted credential storage for connected third-party integrations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
Users may access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information by contacting their company administrator or privacy@alogix.info. Carriers may disconnect any third-party integration at any time from within the platform.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
